Following DFM support, we move on to Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA)—a critical phase focused on identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating potential process failures. During this stage, we work closely with you to establish clear success criteria, ensuring that every aspect of your project meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and efficiency.

Once we have finalized the DFM and defined the success criteria, we essentially receive the "green light" to commence the development of the assembly process. During this stage, we will construct the assembly plan that will ultimately be employed to manufacture the product. This entails designing and manufacturing custom jigs and tools, determining the assembly methods to be utilized, characterizing glues, temp profiles, and so forth.

At the conclusion of the assembly process development, whether it's for a proof-of-concept project or serial production, we ensure the production of a prototype for testing and evaluation before proceeding further. This stage is critical for assessing performance, functionality, durability, and suitability to the predetermined success criteria.

Once the prototype is approved, we produce a larger batch of samples to thoroughly evaluate the manufacturing process and ensure its repeatability and consistency. This validation step is essential for confirming that our production methods are not only reliable but also capable of delivering high-quality products
